I am a Ph.D. candidate at Harbin Institute of Technology. My interests lie in explainable AI (XAI) and its applications. My research focuses on the understanding of deep learning, with the aim of facilitating neural networks in mission-critical applications. Currently, my work has been shown to successfully improve the performance of deep learning in the areas of surface defect detection and bearing fault detection. I also work on gaining other cross-domain insights from deep learning through interpretable artificial intelligence.
Before that, I received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in instrumentation engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
